Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Deposit and Booking Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for corporate bookings or those that exceed £350. Please note that your date is not confirmed until this deposit has been received. Payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Changes to Bookings
We understand that plans may change and we will always do our best to accommodate any adjustments to your booking date or time. However, due to the high volume of bookings we receive, changes cannot be guaranteed once your booking has been confirmed. Any approved changes may be subject to additional fees.
3. Additional Charges
The customer is responsible for any congestion charges, parking fees or additional travel costs incurred as a result of the DJ/Entertainer attending the event. Events taking place outside of London may be subject to extra travel charges, which will be communicated in advance where possible.
4. Venue Access
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us in advance of any access restrictions at the venue (including stairs, loading limitations or limited parking). Failure to provide accurate access information may result in delays and/or additional charges.
5. Use of Event Footage and Marketing Consent
By paying the deposit and confirming your booking, you agree that any photos, videos or other media captured at your event by our team or representatives may be used by us for marketing, promotional and social media purposes, without compensation or further consent.
It is the responsibility of the event host (the person making the booking) to ensure that all guests, attendees, and participants are informed of and consent to potential photography or video recording during the event. We will not be held liable for any claims arising from the host’s failure to obtain such consent.
